This oven’s interior is made of durable type 201 stainless steel with a 1 1/4″ high heat fire brick, while its exterior has an extra thick powder coat. For added convenience, the included black powder coated stand includes two side shelves and an undershelf, providing extra space for grilling supplies and utensils.
