Return Window: You must request and ship your return within 60 days from the original purchase date listed on your asiaresto.com invoice.
Item Condition: The machinery or supply must be placed back in its original factory packaging with all instruction manuals, accessories, and internal protective components completely intact.
Return Methods: You can ship the items back to our central fulfillment facility via mail or drop them off directly at our physical warehouse location.
Processing Currency: All global transactions, original charges, and refunds are managed strictly in US Dollars (USD).

If you need to swap an item for a different capacity, size, or model, our team is ready to help you exchange it. The requirements for an exchange mirror our standard return policy:

Payment Source: Refunds are credited directly back to the specific payment method you used at checkout, including PayPal, Wise bank transfers, or orders completed via Local Warehouse Pickup.
Account Visibility: The funds generally show up in your available bank or digital wallet balance within 1 to 2 business days, depending entirely on your financial institution’s processing speeds.
