The enclosed rectangular base is constructed of 18-gauge, 400-series stainless steel to withstand frequent use, and the reinforced, lightweight design ensures durability and mobility. Ideal for self-serve applications, this food station is a sleek addition to any buffet, cafeteria, or other front-of-house area.
This model includes a 60″ one-piece top and a large bain marie well with 1 1/2″ high-density glass fiber insulation to keep food hot and ready to serve. Both the top and the wells are constructed of durable 18-gauge stainless steel, and the well is operated by a single dial thermostatic control for easy operation. A drain hose on the operator side ensures proper draining of excess water to maintain optimal performance. This unit comes with 4″ casters that allow mobility and make it easy to store the station out of sight or roll out when needed. Plus, they include brakes, so the station doesn’t move unintentionally when actively in use.
