This electric charbroiler features (1) 12″ broiling module with an infinite temperature control to create dishes with a smoky, char-grilled flavor your guests will love. The 11 1/2″ x 19″ grill size broils (5) 8 oz. strips or (10) 4 oz. burgers per load to meet the needs of any busy establishment and is designed with a unform surface temperature to eliminate the need for shifting.
