This electric charbroiler features (2) 12″ broiling modules with individual infinite temperature controls to create dishes with a smoky, char-grilled flavor your guests will love. The 23″ x 19″ grill size broils (10) 8 oz. strips or (20) 4 oz. burgers per load to meet the needs of any busy establishment and is designed with a unform surface temperature to eliminate the need for shifting. Made with durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel cabinetry, this item features a Grease-Flo drainage system with self-cleaning lift-out cook-top grates, a removable grease tray, and splatter guards for faster, easier cleaning.
