Get the most output in a small footprint with this heavy-duty Garland C36-NRS liquid propane 36″ radiant charbroiler with a storage base. Made with a durable stainless steel front and sides, this charbroiler is designed to stand up to high volume use in your busy kitchen. This model uses easy-to-clean cast iron radiants and has heavy-duty reversible grates. One side of each grate has grease troughs to direct excess juices and fats into the grease containers.
For greater control over cooking temperatures and to help conserve energy, this model has six independently operated burners spaced every 6 inches. You can turn on just the burners you need and control each burner separately. Also, it comes equipped with an extra-large grease container to catch waste for easy disposal at the end of the day.
Made to be the same depth and height as your Cuisine series ranges and equipment, this range match charbroiler features a storage base. This cabinet base is enclosed on three sides and is ideal for storing frequently used charbroiler accessories like grill brushes and oven mitts. It could also be used to store food pans and turners to keep them close at hand for your staff.
This charbroiler can be connected individually or in a battery and includes chrome steel adjustable legs to match the height of your existing equipment and accommodate uneven floors. This model requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
