The grates are also reversible, offering a thin side for searing and a thick side for cooking more delicate items, and their high-capacity design makes them ideal for adding efficiency to busy foodservice operations. The unit is equipped with standing pilots and should be lit immediately after the gas is turned on.

This charbroiler also comes with 4″ nickel-plated legs that offer 1 5/16″ of adjustable height to accommodate your countertop space. For added convenience, this unit ships ready to connect to a natural gas orifice and is field convertible to liquid propane. It has a 3/4″ rear gas connection.
