Thanks to the slim design, this unit accommodates full size food pans end-to-end rather than side-by-side, adding a few extra inches of precious space between buffet lines. This ensures that customers will have an easier time accessing your salad or cold condiment bar, even with sneeze guards present. Plus, the slim design still looks uniform with the rest of your Hatco drop-in food wells for a consistent look across any serving line.

This food well fits two full size food pans and features a 1/5 hp condensing unit that circulates R-290 refrigerant, so you can be sure your food stays cold throughout the day. The full-body insulation improves energy efficiency while retaining temperature, and you can easily maintain and fine-tune this unit with its sight glass, service valves, dryer, filter, and receiver. And, with a drop-in design, this unit can easily be installed into existing countertops, buffet lines, and other surfaces.

To prevent frost buildup, a programmable automatic defrost can be adjusted to your needs through the electronic controls. The condensing unit is field adjustable so you can fit the unit perfectly in your countertop, and thanks to the built-in 1″ drain, clean-up takes a matter of moments. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection.
