If you need the versatility and productivity of a combi oven but don’t have the space or budget for a full-size unit, this Vulcan MINI-JETR mini electric boilerless combi oven with a right-hinged door is a great choice! It can handle baking, steaming, roasting, grilling, air frying, rethermalization, proofing, finishing, poaching, stewing, low temperature cooking, defrosting, cook and hold, and more, all in one small footprint. Whatever you need this oven to do, it can handle up to 4 full size 2 1/2″ deep food pans or 6 full size 1″ food pans at one time.

This boilerless combi oven uses direct steam creation to cook which optimizes cooking capability and production with minimal energy and water consumption. Plus, the boilerless design eliminates the chance of corrosion, failure, and further service issues.

The combi oven has a temperature range of 80-482 degrees Fahrenheit and a humidity range of 0-100% for greater versatility. The timer allows you to set reminders for up to 99:00 with the set, remaining, or count down time displayed. When the cooking cycle is finished, an LED light flashes and an audible alarm sounds to make sure that staff members remove food on time.

The special controls feature twin controllers: an LCD touchscreen and a dial knob. The user interface has three different operator functions dependent upon your intentions for the use of the combi. The ABC function is simple to use and reduces the number of variables that operators need to program for each cooking cycle. The JET function gives highly skilled chefs full access to all the control settings so they can get exactly the results they want every time. The ECO setting requires that a start button be activated whenever the oven is used to reduce energy use.

The AUTO user interface provides 80+ programmable recipes with either text or picture displays so any user can start the oven. More options include the My Recipes, My Favorites, Multi-Level Shelf Timers, and Multi-Product interface functions. To keep up with all of the programming, this model has PC software that is available to download for transfer of recipes, photographs, and profiles via USB.

To keep the unit clean and operating at its full potential, this model has a manual or auto cleaning system that the operator can set up to meet specific needs. It comes with 4″ legs to make sure that there is space underneath for easy cleaning. A 208V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation and this oven provides an output of 5200W. It is field convertible to 208V, 1 phase; 240V, 1 phase; or 240V, 3 phase.
