Sized at 20.25 inches wide, 26.375 inches deep, and 9.125 inches high, this stainless steel cabinet flush-mounts into commercial counters and includes one 6-inch deep hotel pan. An individual recessed thermostatic dial, an adjustable sliding moisture vent slide, and 12-gauge drawer slides on smooth nylon rollers maximize holding efficiency.
