The perfect addition to any buffet line, this Wells 5P-HSW6-120 drop-in hot food well holds a 12″ x 10″ half size food pan of your tastiest pasta, mouthwatering veggies, and other delicious dishes at just the right temperature for serving! This unit boasts a warming pan made of deep drawn stainless steel and a tubular heating element underneath for fast, reliable heating. It can even operate dry or wet for maximum versatility.
Thermostat controls with high limits come in a recessed, stainless steel panel for easy access and operation. The unit features 825W of heating power and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
