This top-mount stainless steel food table fits two 12″ x 27″ pan configurations, utilizing a continuous electronic water autofill system and an integrated 1-inch central plumbing drain line. The 31 3/8-inch wide fully insulated frame organizes temperature settings via separate remote thermostatic control boxes.
