Operating on a 208/240V, 60Hz multi-phase hardwired circuit, this 3,720-watt electric table accommodates three standard 12″ x 20″ pans over fully insulated deep-drawn stainless steel wells. Each individual section features a dedicated 1/2-inch copper drain line and a remote thermostatic knob panel.
