This model boasts a renowned SMART4U 3000 controller that times the cook cycle and signals an audible alarm when cooking is complete, while also offering simple push button cooking for up to 20 products! The controller tops off the oil automatically and monitors oil management functions like cook counts, time-to-filter alerts, and step-by-step instructions for filtering, oil disposal, and boil-out. This model also features a melt cycle, a lighted digital display, and other helpful features.

The fryer’s high-output performance is rivaled only by its incredibly efficient engineering! Its exclusive self-standing, swing-up, low-watt density heating elements are lightning fast to ensure even and efficient heating throughout each individual frypot. A robust RTD 1 degree compensating temperature probe is mounted directly on the heating elements, providing accurate temperature readings to avoid temperature overshoot. Plus, because it detects even the slightest temperature variants, you can be sure that you’re always producing the highest quality food, at a consistent rate.
