This Frymaster FilterQuick 3FQE60U 180 lb. oil-conserving electric fryer combines smart design features with intuitive controls in a fryer that’s sure to help you handle high demand and a varied menu, while conserving space and saving on energy and oil costs, too! This fryer features three full frypots with a 60 lb. capacity (180 lb. total), which lets you fry up to 3 twin baskets of food in a single frypot. This size offers a great option if a standard two-battery 150 lb. fryer isn’t meeting your restaurant’s high-demand needs. And with 17 kW per frypot you’ll be able to meet demand, while still using less oil, energy, and space than a traditional 4-battery fryer!

The heating elements are engineered for high performance and easy use with a swing-up, flat bar design and low watt-density to provide long element life. An RTD 1 compensating temperature probe ensures reliable temperature readings and repeatable results in your recipes. Additionally, the fry pot design slopes toward the front, and includes a large drain line to make it easy to flush sediment and remove old oil.

This fryer uses the FQ4000 easyTouch controller system, which gives you the flexibility to program recipes and menus and let staff start cooking with the press of a button. The touchscreen format is intuitive, and makes it easy to train employees of all skill levels. This fryer also features an automatic filtration system built into the cabinet, ensuring that oil is filtered at recommended intervals.

It requires a 240V, 3 phase connection for operation, and comes with a power cord for the controls. The cord must be hard-wired, a plug is not included.
