This model has two 33,000 BTU range top burners with heavy-duty cast iron grates that can support your largest stock pots. In the front this model has an 11″ x 11″ burner grate and in the rear it has a larger 14″ x 11″ grate to accommodate larger pans. The open top burners have lift-off heads for easy cleaning and maintenance, too.

The 24″ right side griddle has two 30,000 BTU burners with independent controls, making it perfect for a variety of cooking needs. For the chef who enjoys cooking by feel, the manual controls allow you to adjust the temperature according to the needs of specific foods.
