Featuring sleek, curved lines, this elegant case has a professional styling that complements your counter displays while keeping contents safe to eat.

With the two black wire shelves that come included, this display case can be configured to meet the specific needs of the products you wish to display. Since the shelves can be removed for cleaning or adjusted up and down, you can display layer cakes, wrapped sandwiches, prepackaged salads, or other foods on shelves with the right amount of clearance. The safety-shielded top and shelf lights help to illuminate your foods for a better display, plus the glass front, acrylic sides, and rear doors provide an unobstructed view of your goodies for greater merchandising potential.

The double rear doors slide open on this unit, allowing your employees to easily access the case to restock trays or serve customers. The doors are removable so that the case can be cleaned out more easily. Plus, the scratch-resistant black deck in the bottom of the cabinet is also removable for thorough cleaning.

This cabinet installs directly into the countertop in your bakery or cafe, hiding the refrigeration unit from view. Above the counter, this model extends 25 1/8″ high putting your baked goods just below eye level so they are easier to see for most customers. It is designed to line up perfectly with other units from the same series so that you can have one continuous row of cases on your countertop.

To keep the interior of the cabinet at a consistent 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, this model comes with a self-contained refrigeration system. It uses R-513a refrigerant, oversized coils, and a low velocity fan system that maintains a higher humidity level and helps to preserve product freshness. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
