This heavy-duty Garland griddle provides 60,000 BTU of cooking power across its 36″ width to handle any cooking task! It features two electric upper platens on the left and a lower grill plate that’s heated by two natural gas burners and one electric heating element for even, simultaneous cooking.

What sets this model apart from other griddles is the easyTouch screen and programmable controls. Each of the five independently-controlled heat zones – three on each section of the lower plate and two on each upper platen – has precise controls, allowing you to control the automatic lifting and lowering of the upper platen as well as the cooking gap and time. The easyTouch screen has an easy-to-use press and go interface that lets you program recipes based on temperatures, cooking gap, and cooking time. It also provides error logging and advanced diagnostics to help with servicing the machine. A USB interface allows you to update your menu with ease!

With advanced temperature control, you can be sure that you’ll always be cooking at the right temperature. The 3/4″ thick carbon steel lower griddle plate has a machine-ground and polished construction that offers optimal heat transfer and a sleek presentation. This, along with the replaceable and quick-release Teflon? sheet over the upper platen, ensures an easy cleaning process. The Teflon? sheet can be wiped clean with a squeegee for ultimate convenience. Plus, the single shaft platen lift assembly further facilitates easy cleanup, allowing users to access and clean the entire grill.

This unit is constructed of a durable stainless steel front, sides, and back for long-lasting use in your busy commercial kitchen. This griddle comes standard with stainless steel dual side grease collectors. It also has a towel bar with bun pan lip to make cleaning and cooking fast and easy. This unit stands on (4) swivel casters with front brakes that ensure mobility when cleaning and stability when cooking. Plus, the casters have long stems for height adjustment within 5 11/16″. Great for eggs cooked sunny side up, fish, or fluffy pancakes, this griddle is sure to get the job done! This unit is rated IPX4 water-resistant.
