Perfect for diners, cafeterias, fine dining venues, and fast food restaurants, the U.S. Range UTGG48-G48M natural gas 48″ heavy-duty countertop griddle is built for easy and reliable operation. It features a 1″ thick and 48″ wide griddle plate, which is made of polished steel and includes 4 burners. Each burner has its own hi-lo manual control that adjusts the temperature from approximately 320 to 730 degrees Fahrenheit. A piezo pilot ignition system makes operation at the start of each day easy and safe.
To ensure longevity in commercial kitchens, the griddle’s front, back, and sides are all stainless steel. The 4″ deep front rail is also stainless steel, as are the 4″ adjustable legs. A 4″ wide grease trough makes cleaning up after use fast and easy, so you can spend less time cleaning and more time tending to other tasks. This particular unit requires a natural gas connection.
