Its convenient pass-through design enables placement of the unit between kitchen prep areas and service stations, which allows kitchen staff to prepare, plate, and store hot items for wait staff to pull and serve as needed. Plus, the entire cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel to ensure greater longevity and ease of cleaning.

This mobile cabinet is ideal for catering businesses and large banquet venues since it can be loaded in your kitchen and then transported to the dining room or serving area. For security during transportation, this model has magnetic action door latches and an integrated steel frame.
