This heavy-duty unit boasts a 13″ CleanCut non-removable knife that stays in place to ensure employee safety. The blade is made from a wear-resistant stellite alloy that will stay sharper and last two to three times longer than carbon-coated or stainless steel knives!

Innovative Interlocks
Designed to ensure safer, more efficient operation, this slicer features several interlocks that can help prevent injuries. The home start interlock ensures that the carriage is in a convenient start position before starting the slicer. A close to stop interlock lets you turn off the slicer with the index knob. The carriage system interlock prevents the carriage from tilting away if the gauge plate indicator isn’t closed. Finally, the automatic shutoff interlock turns the knife off after 30 seconds of inactivity.
1″ Maximum Slice Thickness
This slicer can slice foods into pieces up to 1″ thick. An adjustment knob makes choosing your slice size simple. Plus the double action indexing cam allows precise thick or thin slicing.
12″ x 7 1/2″ Max Product Size

Built-In Sharpener
