This item arrives fully assembled, and requires no additional assembly prior to use.
Expert Design
The cooking area offers 75″ of width and a 44″ depth to keep operation and rotation as simplified as possible. A tensioned steel exoskeleton surrounds the hearth and dome perimeter to ensure structural integrity and longevity. Wrapped in spun ceramic fiber insulation, the monolithic cast-ceramic hearth and dome rest on an attractive black steel stand. The oven body front, top, back and sides are finished with durable galvanized steel.

Storage Box
Constructed with ultra-durable stainless steel, this box can be easily installed and rests on the oven stand. Plus, it’s easily removable for service access! The 9660 Fire Deck oven storage box can accommodate the stainless steel sheet pan rack (sold separately).
