The stainless steel heated drain pan features a temperature control dial to reduce glaze viscosity, and a drain at the bottom of the glaze pan makes the important task of cleaning fast and hassle-free. Above the drain pan is a 18″ x 26″ nickel-plated drain screen designed for optimum durability and corrosion resistance, allowing you to glaze an entire batch of donuts in one sweep without having to stretch or stoop.

This glazing/icing table includes a hand-held stainless steel glaze spreader to make glazing fast and mess-free. Use the built-in screen drain below the glazing station to store your messy glaze screens or frying equipment before cleaning. Close the glazer when not in use with a removable cover to prevent contamination.

This table features an icing station with four icing wells heated by a temperature-controlled water jacket that drains for easy water exchange. An on-off rocker switch and thermostat on the face of the icing station can set the water jacket temperature between 60 and 240 degrees Fahrenheit so you can set your icing to the precise viscosity you want.
