This unit’s top and front are constructed of high-quality stainless steel with a durable ABS plastic interior for long-lasting use. Dual-level pan brackets allow pans to be lowered an additional inch into the unit, giving you storage flexibility. The top drawers each hold one full size 12″ x 20 (30.5cm x 50.8cm) pan and three 1/6 size pans 4″- 6″ deep (sold separately), and each bottom drawer holds one 12″ x 20″ pan and three 1/6 size pans 4″ deep (sold separately). High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps lower energy costs while environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant keeps your unit cold.
