The short 31 7/8″ height enables the refrigerator to easily slide beneath counters and prep tables, allowing you to maximize floor space to store produce, condiments, drinks, or other ingredients. The refrigerator’s 1/5 hp compressor circulates R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Built to withstand heavy use in commercial applications, the unit features a stainless steel front, top, and ends. As a protective measure against leaks and spills, the interior floor is also stainless steel, while the rest of the interior is lined with clear coated aluminum. Plus, to ensure proper food safe temperatures and structural rigidity, full body insulation is foamed-in-place. It can maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

Accessible through the front door, the interior houses 2 heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves. The two drawers can each accommodate one 1/3 and one 1/2 size food pan (sold separately). These promote organization and efficient storage, and because the shelves are adjustable, they can accommodate a wide variety of supplies and ingredients to suit your needs.
