The refrigerator’s 1/4 hp compressor circulates R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Built to withstand heavy use in commercial applications, the unit features a stainless steel front, top, and ends. As a protective measure against leaks and spills, the interior floor is also stainless steel, while the rest of the interior is lined with clear coated aluminum. Plus, to ensure proper food safe temperatures and structural rigidity, full body insulation is foamed-in-place. It can maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
