With an 11 1/2″ x 19″ cast iron cooking surface, the top of the line Garland ED-15B 15″ charbroiler provides the space you need to cook chicken, fish, hamburgers, and more while maintaining a narrow countertop footprint! This charbroiler features an infinite temperature control that offers the flexibility you need to prepare food exactly as you want it. Controls are protected from drips and splashes by a recessed construction while an easily accessible grease drawer is concealed behind the lower hinged panel. A grate lift handle makes removing the grate for cleaning a breeze. It requires a 208V electrical connection.
