This Imperial Range IABR-24 NAT 24″ natural gas steakhouse broiler with cast iron radiants – 4 burner is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! Built with 4 individually controlled 20,000 BTU burners, this unit allows you to cook multiple items at the same time with ease. Reinforced cast iron radiants provide even heating and help to prevent burners from clogging, while the slanted 3-position cooking grate creates multiple heat zones to offer a customizable range of cooking temperatures.
For exceptional longevity, this countertop broiler is constructed with a durable stainless steel body, and it’s insulated all throughout to conserve energy. The full-width grease gutter is equipped with a stainless steel grease can that is easy to remove for simplified cleaning. Additionally, the easy-tilt handle can be used to adjust the cooking grate even when it is fully loaded with product! This unit utilizes natural gas fueling and a 3/4″ manifold for connection.
